Four clinical study papers, from three studies. All four tested the ENBIOSIS personalised-diet algorithm. None tested en-CLEAR or any other ENBIOSIS formulation.

J Clin Med (2022). Single-centre randomised trial in functional constipation, n=50 randomised, 45 analysed, compared with laxative-based standard care. Registry (retrospective, not cited in the paper): NCT05429333.

Gut Microbes (2022). Open-label pilot in irritable bowel syndrome, n=25. Registry (retrospective, not cited in the paper): NCT04768387.

Am J Gastroenterol (2024). Multicentre randomised trial, personalised diet vs low-FODMAP in irritable bowel syndrome, n=121 analysed. The two diets gave similar results on the primary endpoint at six weeks (p=0.29). Registry: NCT05646186.

Gut Microbes (2026). 12-month follow-up of the same trial, open-label with blinded outcome assessment. 25 of 40 participants on the personalised diet were responders (at least a 50-point fall in IBS-SSS), against 10 of 29 on low-FODMAP. The authors describe the finding as hypothesis-generating. Funded by ENBIOSIS Biotechnologies.
